There are 10 Shrines in Liyue that contain Luxurious Chests that hold Hero’s Wit and Mora.

Opening the Shrines
You can’t get to the treasure in Liyue’s shrines without a yellow glowing carrier. To get past the barriers and unlock the shrines, you’ll need Shrine Keys. If you don’t already have them, this Shrine Keys guide will show you how to obtain them.
Once you have a key, you will be able to get your rewards. To open a shrine, you only need one key. Each region also has its own Shrine Keys. You don’t have to search for more Liyue keys.
